OUR MISSION

The mission of CYRMI is to help young people rediscover a meaningful life in Christ by building a strong spiritual foundation that encourages wise decisions, healthy habits, and a future grounded in purpose. We walk with youth as they break free from destructive cycles and move toward the path God intended for them.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to support the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of youth around the world. Through Christ-centered guidance, we aim to equip young people with a solid foundation of faith, giving them the confidence to express themselves through their words, choices, and actions. We strive to help them uncover their gifts, grow as lifelong learners, and prepare for a life of responsibility, leadership, service, and healthy relationships.

At CYRMI, we are committed to guiding young men and women who are struggling with homelessness, addiction, and instability into lives of dignity and hope. Our goal is to promote complete restoration—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We include each participant in the journey of growth, helping them understand God’s grace and how He balances human free will with His invitation to follow, believe, and surrender to His lordship.

CYRMI operates as a Christ-centered recovery and empowerment ministry built upon a clear vision of who God calls us to be. We acknowledge the ultimate authority and lordship of Jesus Christ. While the world often discourages or devalues those who are hurting, we stand firm in the truth that God places immeasurable worth on every life. Our passion for youth restoration reflects the values Christ demonstrated and the responsibility He placed on His followers through His sacrifice.

God does not excuse harmful choices, nor does He overlook the need for accountability. Our role is to guide youth toward healing while encouraging responsibility, truth, and growth.

OUR STORY

CYRMI began in the United States and Canada, formed by a small group of Christian believers with a shared passion for discipleship and youth restoration. Many of our early experiences came from ministry in the Caribbean, which shaped our understanding of community and responsibility. Aware of Christ’s soon return and the calling placed on our lives, we are dedicated to addressing the global need for youth recovery, empowerment, and restoration.

WHAT WE DO

Across the U.S. and Canada, CYRMI provides safe shelter, a drop-in resource center, temporary supportive housing, and individualized restoration plans for youth ages 15–24. We partner with a coordinated network of care to prevent youth homelessness by helping them stabilize their living situations, improve their wellbeing, develop practical skills, build healthy community connections, and avoid returning to homelessness.

OUR FOCUS

CYRMI’s mission centers on two focus areas: prevention and restoration.
Prevention involves providing early support, resources, and guidance to youth and families before homelessness occurs.
Restoration offers counseling, stability, and structured care for youth already affected by homelessness or addiction, giving them a path toward healing and independence.
